Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Wear comfortable shoes or boots. Socks can be cut off at the toe and placed over your shoes to help you glide through your steps. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.
