Come work your core, legs, arms and butt to get fit while having a blast in a fun Hula hooping class. Kesley Philo of Kelsey Hoops will teach you how Hula hooping can sharpen your body and mind while increasing core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Hula hoops will be provided. Participants must sign a waiver, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
