Join us for this beginner stretching class led by Pottawatomie County Healthy Living Program staff. Designed for adults, ages 18 & up. Registration Required.
Join the staff from the Pottawatomie County Healthy Living program to learn about simple stretching exercises for beginners. This is an excellent opportunity to gear up for spring activities such as gardening as well as get a jump start on starting your journey to becoming your best self. Learn how you can boost your confidence and Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.
Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. For us to have enough room to stretch out, this program will be held at the McLoud American Legion building directly across the street from the library. Participants must sign a waiver before the class. Registration Required.
