Explore your interests and discover one of the many ways that you can express yourself through starting a nature journaling practice. Designed for teens and adults. Registration Required.

We all have an inner artist. Join us in discovering the endless possibilities of your creativity. You will be guided through this program exploring the history and methodology of nature journaling.  Bryce Beasley from the OU Department of History of Science and Technology will share the history of nature journaling and the role it has played in scientific discovery, and Mattie Phillips, who has a background in biology, will share nature journal methodology and best practices.

This program is one of the first sessions of Phenology Phridays, a weekly series where we will learn creative skills to bolster your nature journaling practice while also contributing to a community science campaign called Time to Restore to support pollinator habitat restoration in our area.

Supplies will be provided. Please bring any additional materials to help support your experience and comfort. No prior experience is necessary for this program. Registration Required.
