In partnership with the OKC Ballet, join a certified instructor, in Move & Groove. Learn and explore multiple dance styles to maintain physical health, confidence, and a sense of well-being.
Class will include seated and standing segments. This program is designed to be inclusive and adaptive to each participants needs. Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
This health literacy project is funded through a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
