Eating healthy can be easy and delicious. Join us to learn the art of creative and healthy eating. Designed for all ages.

In this program we will learn about seasonal fruits and fresh ingredients. Come and explore a variety of healthy culinary techniques and skills through preparing a hearty, healthy, fresh fruit salad. This is a hands-on make and take food fun! 

Discover how small daily actions and nutritional choices can help you eat better and maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
