Join us for a poetry workshop led by Norman’s first Poet Laurette Julie Ann Ward on how to write ekphrastic poems, which are poems inspired by nature and art. You will be guided on the process of ekphrastic poetry, taking inspiration from the Biophilia Exhibit at MAINSITE, and get an opportunity to write your own poems.
Supplies will be provided but feel free to bring your favorite writing pen or pencil and journal.
