Senior Book Club 55+ at Rolling Hills Community Center

Senior Book Club ages 55+ at Rolling Hills Community Center, 2101 East Main St, Shawnee. Seniors who read enjoy much more than just a good story. Scientific studies have found many benefits of reading such as  reducing stress, enhancing sleep to improving memory, sharpening decision-making and possibly even delaying the onset of dementia. Join our Reader's Choice Senior book club at ASHA Rolling Hills Community Center, Community Market, and POGO. Either bring your book, select from our large-print book selection, or get reader advisement. Light refreshments are served. Speak to presenters form Community Market, POGO, Shawnee Pioneer Public Library and Absentee Shawnee Housing Authority Community Relations.
