Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this Tai Chi class. Designed for adults.

Join Keri, a certified instructor, in OHAI's Tai Chi for Better Balance for all levels. Learn how you can boost your confidence and improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort, such as comfortable shoes and a water bottle. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
