Join local author Clyde Wooldridge as he talks about his journey to write a comprehensive history of Shawnee.

Volume One of Redbud City: A Comprehensive History of the City of Shawnee was released in Summer 2018 and details the city's history from settlement to 1930.  The author will present an overview of his work and a sneak peak at the soon to be released volume two that will cover the 1930's and 40's.   Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event.
