Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this Tai Chi for Better Balance class. Designed for adults. Registration Required.

Join Keshia, Ana, and Kaleb, certified instructors with OHAI, in Tai Chi for Better Balance. Learn how you can boost your confidence and Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes. Exercise may be done from chair. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.

OHAI is a statewide network through the Section of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and is designed especially for seniors and their loved ones living anywhere in Oklahoma and offers a wide range of healthy aging educational programs and resources close to home.
