In this program we will explore strategies to connect with your inner-self and support your mind and body through meditating and journaling. Both practices have a host of science backed benefits including reducing stress, improving sleep quality, mindfulness and helping manage emotions. Journaling is great for expressive, creative or reflective writing. Participants can either bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow or be seated. Bring your favorite journal or receive a journal and stickers from us, while supplies last. After a short, guided meditation, we will have a journal prompt and spend time writing.
