Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this yoga class. Designed for all ages.

Join Sara, a certified instructor, in yoga for all levels. Learn how you can boost your confidence and Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. A limited number of mats will be provided. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. 

This health literacy project is funded through a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
