Tai Chi can help to reduce stress and increase balance and flexibility. This program is designed for people at all levels of mobility and can be performed standing or sitting. There are 12 sessions.
The movements of Tai Chi help all ages in many ways. Participants learn relaxation to improve their overall mind, body, and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
There are 8 positions which are learned one by one, each session. You will take away many benefits, including better balance, flexibility, reduction of stress, and many more.
