Cookbook Club

Eating healthy can be easy and delicious. Join us to learn the art of healthy Asian cooking and eating. Participants will learn to make their own fresh rolls with peanut sauce. Designed for adults.

In this program we will learn about Asian cooking. Come and explore a variety of healthy culinary techniques and skills through a demonstration and group discussion. Participants will learn what fillings are used in fresh rolls and how to make their own.

Review a cookbook of your choosing on Asian cooking. Bring an inexpensive dish for the group to sample from the book you used.
