Take time to take care of yourself. In this program we will explore strategies to connect with your inner-self and support your mind and body through creative expression making reading journals. We'll set-up our 2025 reading journals in December and January and then, starting in February, we'll update them each month with what we've been reading. You can make your journal as artistic or as simple as you like, so join us as we practice some creative self-care!
Since journaling is such a personal experience, we encourage you to bring your own favorite journal or notebook, pens, or decorating supplies so you can craft a journal you truly enjoy. A limited number of journals will be available on first come, first served basis. A range of decorating supplies will be provided.
Whether you are making a reading journal for the first time or if you already have a reading journal and would just like to update it in the company of fellow readers, all are welcome!
