This exercise program will give participants tools to increase their flexibility and physical activity for overall better health. This class will introduce beginning yoga moves that anyone can do.
This exercise program will give participants tools to increase their flexibility and physical activity for overall better health. Yoga moves will be on an introductory level that all participants can learn and use every day. Jamie Jones of Twisted Sisters Yoga, Meditation & Fitness will demonstrate stretches that will increase flexibility that can be done from a mat or a chair.

This month's challenge activities will include all previous activities as well as: Using the movements taught in the program at least 3 times each week; try the breathing exercises at least 3 times a week: learning one new yoga pose on their own; sharing what we learned at this session with one friend or family member; checking out a yoga DVD from the library.
This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
