Exercise your physical, mental, and emotional health through this Tai Chi class. Designed for teens and adults. Registration Required.

Join Chock Petchprom, a certified instructor, in Tai Chi. Learn how you can boost your confidence and Improve your strength, balance, and mobility.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort. Participants must sign a waiver before each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. Registration Required.

This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
