Eating healthy can be easy and delicious. Join us to learn the art of healthy cooking and eating. Designed for adults. Registration Required.

In this program we will learn how to make healthy versions of game day snacks just in time for this year's Superbowl. Come and explore a variety of healthy culinary techniques and skills through hands-on activities and exploration.

Discover how small daily actions and nutritional choices can help you eat better and maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Registration Required.
