Take time to care for yourself. Join us with meditation, movement, and sound immersion experts; in this program we will explore strategies to connect with your mind and body through experiencing the relaxation response while listening to the sound vibrations of singing bowls, didgeridoo, chimes, gongs, and more. This immersive program will also include gentle movements and breathing techniques that will aid in stress reduction. Registration Required.

Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort such as a blanket and water bottle. A limited number of exercise mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature. PLS Library card holder and Registration Required.
