Join us as we get together and have fun with simple walking with music & social support! Walking is easy and can be done at your own pace. Bring your water bottle and sneakers. Every week we will be walking, listening to music and encouraging each other. Weather permitting, we will walk downtown Main St. Last Thursday of the month is reserved for a Healthy Foods Workshop. Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort.
