Jump-start your future! Build your network and connect with several different businesses. The Pioneer Library System (PLS), the Central Oklahoma Workforce Innovation Board (COWIB) and REI Oklahoma work together to provide workforce resources to Oklahoma. Our goal is to connect talented professionals with businesses that recognize the power of skill-based hiring. The benefits of hiring based on skills first are numerous, including expanding the talent pool, cost savings on hiring, and better adaptation to changing job market needs.
