Join us as we get together and have fun with simple walking with music & social support! Every week we will be walking, listening to music and encouraging each other. Every week we will be walking, listening to music and encouraging each other. Bring your water bottle and sneakers. Weather permitting, we will walk downtown Main Street. Last Thursday of the month is reserved for a Healthy Foods Workshop. Please bring any materials to help support your experience and comfort.
