Join us for an important community conversation as we work to improve outcomes for Oklahoma's kids!

Join us for an important community conversation as we work together to improve outcomes for Oklahoma's kids! We're excited to invite teachers, students, administrators, business owners, and anyone passionate about supporting schools as the heartbeat of our communities, we want to hear your voice! FREE to attend. Dinner and refreshments catered. Spanish translator available.

We'll be diving into 3 out of 6 priority topics identified through 234 responses to our B.O.O.K. Public Survey, including:
1. Improving Student Performance
2. Ensuring Resource Fairness
3. Creating a Safe and Healthy School Environment/Student Supports

The session will be facilitated by Oklahoma Appleseed staff, and we'll have special guest spotlights featuring Restorative Justice Institute of Oklahoma (RJIOK) [https://restorativejusticeok.org] and the Pioneer Library System.

The goal is to produce a set of 10-15 policy ideas that will help strengthen and transform Oklahoma’s public education system over a five-year period, with concrete recommendations that the Legislature, State Board of Education, local school districts, and community stakeholders can adopt between 2025 and 2030.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to have your say in shaping the future of Oklahoma's education system!
