Show your New Year's Resolution who's boss - Join us Fridays in January for an exciting new fitness adventure! Jenny Stiner with Balance. Yoga. Barre. will guide us through the basics of Barre fitness, which consists of high energy, low impact and fat burning exercises. No experience necessary. Attendance at previous sessions is not necessary to join a later class. Registration required.
Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
