Join in on conversations about our favorite recipes from family traditions or one that is always a hit. Tell us why it is one of your favorites. Bring a recipe on paper that is easy to follow. Recipes will be formatted and added to a recipe book binder for everyone to take home. We will look at healthy options to these recipes to make them nutritious and full of flavor. Presenters, Channah and Shantal, will be serving samples of our favorite recipes. We will add recipes from our past Healthier You Food programs to the Recipe Share Book.
