Join us for a program to learn about the dairy experience with a real life cow!
Trained instructors will demonstrate how to milk a cow, describe how milk goes from the farm to the consumer, and then answer questions from the audience. This is an innovative program that brings the dairy experience directly to children. Students and presenters share an experience that includes math, science, health (nutrition), and agriculture, all presented in an outdoor classroom format. Our program will end with a cool frozen treat sponsored by the McLoud Friends of the Library.
This program is being held at the Lawrence Wahpepah Trails at 416 S. 8th St. in McLoud, OK.
