Are you intimidated by the thought of working out? Do you need to get healthier? Come join the Tecumseh Library in a Boot Camp to jump start your fitness goals for 2019.
This is a boot camp to jump start changes in fitness. All fitness levels are welcome. Classes will meet twice weekly for one hour, for 6 weeks.This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
