 Participants will learn about the importance of basic dental hygiene and regular dentist visits. A local dentist will explain how important brushing and the effect of sugary drinks.

 Participants will learn about the importance of basic dental hygiene and regular dentist visits. A local dentist will explain how early children can start brushing their teeth, the importance of brushing regularly, and the impact of sugary drinks on the teeth of children and adults. Challenge activities this month will include all previous activities as well as: Using a timer to brush for a full two minutes at least once every day; brushing at least twice every day; flossing every day; checking out a book about dental hygiene from the library to read with a child; sharing what was learned at this session with one friend or family member.

Registration required. All ages.
