Meditation & Mindfulness Group

Practice and learn about meditation and mindfulness techniques and approaches in a safe, secular setting appropriate for all experience levels. Registration not required.

Meditation and mindfulness practices are associated with improvements in mental health and well-being. Come learn and practice techniques from the members of the Norman Meditation Group. This series of sessions is appropriate for all experience levels. You may attend any individual session; there is no particular "start" or "end" point.

This event is free and open to the public; registration is not required. No previous experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed.
