This healthy cooking demonstration will help participants learn how to reduce the amount of oils they use and discover healthier oils to substitute in their everyday cooking. Challenge activities this month will include all previous activities as well as: Replacing the oil in a favorite recipe with a healthier oil alternative; using water to prepare a dish in a non-stick skillet instead of oil; sharing what was learned at this session with one friend or family member; checking out a plant-based diet cookbook from the library.
