Barre is a hybrid fitness class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Yoga and Pilates. Join us for BarreFlow! This fitness class begins with a Barre toning session and finishes with a muscle lengthening Vinyasa-style Yoga class. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort. A limited number of mats will be provided. Registration required.
Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
