Barre is a hybrid fitness class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Yoga and Pilates. Join us for BarreFrenzy! This intermediate fitness level class combines traditional Barre moves with high intensity body movements for maximum calorie burn. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort. A limited number of mats will be provided. Registration required.
Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
