Learn 8 basic positions of Tai Chi to help improve your balance.

Join us as we learn eight (8) basic Tai Chi positions to help improve your balance.  You will learn the positions along with warm-ups to help with relaxation.  Trained and sponsored by Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI), Lori Maederer will lead you along your six-week (6) journey for better balance.

Registration is required.
