Launch into space with Mad Science as we reach for “Destination: Moon!" Let’s ignite imagination, fun, and learning as we experience space vacuums, principles of flight and even astronaut training!

Hands-on, interactive, entertaining and educational science experiences for children ages 4-12 years presented by Mad Science of Central Oklahoma in all 12 Pioneer hometown libraries. Mad Science encourages scientific literacy and invites children to pursue STEM careers.

What’s in it for you? . . .

  •   Children will be encouraged to question, predict, observe and communicate.
  •   Children will see that science can be fun.
  •   Children will find more materials to satisfy their curiosity at the library.

Summer Learning at Pioneer is possible with the support of Oklahoma Department of Libraries, Institute of Museum and Library Services, Hitachi Computer Products of America, The Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation, Sonic, America’s Drive-In, Pioneer Library System Foundation, and the Friends of the Libraries.
