Frisson is an eight-piece instrumental collective comprised of innovative musicians from across the United States. In this interactive clinic, members of the band will discuss their music and special approaches for contemporary ensemble playing.
Topics will include:
-Polyrhythmic and odd time groove applications
-Incorporating live electronics in improvised music
-Writing and arranging
-Improvisation
