Improve your health and wellness through the gentle art of Tai Chi!

The focus of this class is to empower families and individuals to improve their health and wellness through the gentle art of Tai Chi. Tai Chi helps with strength, balance, and flexibility. These classes will be led by Chock Petchprom, a certified Tai Chi instructor, and will meet every Tuesday in June. Parents and children are encouraged to participate together.

Registration is encouraged but not required. Participants must sign a waiver at the beginning of each class. Best suited to ages 7 and up. 

This project is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
