Using LEGO WeDo 2.0, you will build Milo the Science Rover and program him to move and perform special functions. Milo remains the property of the library system. For ages 8 -11 Registration required.
Pioneer Library System's Maker Mobile will visit the Purcell Public Library and bring the LEGO WeDo 2.0 software and kits. If you love LEGOS® you’ll love this class! Come and build Milo the Science Rover and discover ways scientists and engineers can use rovers to explore places where humans cannot go. You will build and program Milo to move and perform special functions to explore remote places in order to find a special plant specimen. You'll learn how to use Milo's motion sensor and even send a message back to the base. For ages 8 - 11 Registration is required. We encourage the use of our new event tracker system, so kids bring your library cards and use it when you check in for the program.
