The Norman Library has 3D Printers - which means that you have 3D printers, too! Come on down and learn how to make your own anything!
If you can dream it, you really can build it, using nothing more that some free software and your imagination. You can learn how to design 3-dimensional objects and how to print them using the library's awesome 3D printers. This unique, exciting, 5-day series will teach you how to design your own objects, from the ground up - and students will get to take not just their files home, but can also retrieve their awesome plastic creations at the Library's Movie Night! This class is open to anyone (ages 11-13) with an interest in design, in computer skills, and in making something awesome.
This camp is for ages 11 through 13. All camps have an age requirement: if your child does not fit the age profile of this Lab, we can almost guarantee (ages 5-18) that we have one for your family - and there are activities for all ages throughout all of summer in the Norman Libraries!
These camps open for registration two weeks prior to their start date, and registration is required. You are welcome to contact Aaron Pence, the manager of the Computer Training Center, at apence@pioneerlibrarysystem.org or (405) 701-2696 with questions.
