Leonardo’s Workshop is designed for innovative teens (ages 14-17) who would like to design the big ideas of tomorrow. Participants will learn how to use library resources and community partners to identify a problem, design a solution, and learn how to turn big ideas into reality. Once a problem has been defined, teens will work together to design a solution. We will walk through the design process and learn how to share ideas with others and build upon each others’ suggestions. Teens will continue their research and outreach as they tinker and build a model or prototype of their designs. Teens will even get to showcase their ideas at the Library's Movie Night!
Applications to Leonardo's Workshop are now closed. For more details, please contact Aaron Pence, the manager of the Computer Training Center, at email@example.com, or 405-701-2696.
