Purcell Diabetes Self-Management Program

Learn skills to help with meal planning, managing pain and fatigue, sleeplessness, and much more. This is a 6 week series of classes presented by OHAI. Registration required.

This class is designed to equip participants with the tools to manage the symptoms that stem from having diabetes. Leaarn skills that help with meal planning, managing pain and fatigue, sleeplessness, stress and much more.  Each session of this 6 week series empowers you with tools that can put you back in control of your health. This class is designed for individuals who have diabetes and their caregivers. Materials are provided. Classes provided by Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative. Registraton required. To get the most benefit, please plan to attend all 6 sessions.
