Join us at the Moore Norman Technology Center test kitchen to learn about French culture and cooking while learning to make French Onion soup, a popular French Dish. This interactive cooking class is lead by Pam Taylor.
Taylor has owned a restaurant and worked in food sales and hotel catering. After receiving her Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Taylor now teaches numerous culinary classes at Moore Norman Technology, including bread making, Italian cooking and French cuisine.
