Presented by the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI), this program is designed for Individuals and Caregivers with chronic health problems. Classes help participants deal with issues such as pain, fatigue, and inability to sleep. Participants will learn activities that will help improve strength, exercise, endurance, and safe use of medications. The program will also cover ways to communicate effectively with family, friends, and health professionals. The class will meet once a week for 6 weeks. All materials will be provided. Registration required.
