Tai Chi for Balance is a class for those wanting to improve their balance and core strength in a gentle way while reducing stress.

Tai Chi can help to reduce stress and increase balance and flexibility.  This program is designed for people at all levels of mobility and can be performed standing or sitting.  This is beginning class, but anyone is welcome.

This program is in partnership with OHAI, the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, www.OHAI.org

This program is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
