Coloring helps us de-stress because when we focus on a particular activity, we focus on it and not on our worries. Coloring generates wellness and quiet. It also stimulates areas of the brain related to motor skills, the senses, and creativity. Coloring sheets, crayons and colored pencils are provided but patrons are welcome to bring their own. While we are coloring, we will sample an audio book as well! The library has many books on CD and downloadable audio books from Overdrive which can be downloaded free from your library's website. This program is for adults only.
