If you've ever considered writing a book, this session is a good place to start! Learn tried and true resources for writers, get answers to common questions, and more!

Love to write? Ever dreamed of being a writer? This informative session is designed to help you learn more about developing ideas for a book, provide you with tips and tools for an effective writing practice, and give more information about participating in the 2019 National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). Learn about what NaNoWriMo is and what to expect, meet local writers and Norman's volunteer liaisons for the NaNoWriMo organization, and receive information about tips and tools to make your novel-writing experience successful.

You do NOT have to participate or plan to participate in NaNoWriMo to attend - you just have to want to learn more! Registration is encouraged, but not required.

National Novel Writing Month occurs each year, and challenges thousands of writers of all ages and skill levels across the globe to achieve a goal of writing 50,000 words during the month of November! Find out more about NaNoWriMo at https://www.nanowrimo.org/
