Don't let sweater weather get the best of you! - Join us Fridays in November with instructor, Jenny Stiner, who will guide us through the basics of Barre fitness, which consists of high energy, low impact and fat burning exercises. No experience necessary. Attendance at previous sessions is not necessary to join a later class. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, a limited number of mats will be provided.
Registration encouraged.
Participants must sign a waiver each class, and anyone under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and signature.
