Join our beginning yoga class! Yoga is a low-impact activity designed to increase flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Yoga is a low-impact activity designed to increase flexibility, balance, and coordination with poses. No prior Yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort. A limited number of mats will be provided. Registration is encouraged but not required.
Participants must sign a waiver each class.
This program is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Libraries with a federal grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
