Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind presentation helps older adults understand the many ways they can maintain a healthy brain as they age. Through more than a dozen methods, such as establishing good habits and routines, physical activity and nutrition, participants learn how to improve their physical and mental health. The one hour presentation is an introduction and an overview of the 12 Pathways to a healthier brain and mind.
