OTTER welcomes teens to help their community through creative projects! This month teens will learn lettering techniques & write holiday cards to seniors in local assisted living facilities.
Outstanding Teens Taking Extra Responsibility (OTTER) will complete creative projects intended to impact our local and global community. Any teens are welcome & will receive community service credit for their participation. Teens will take on a new project every other month.
